Cancellation Policy

Daily Rental Rate • $30.00 per calendar day. Driver Requirements • Valid driver’s license. • Current proof of insurance. • Driver must meet all applicable legal driving requirements. Payment • Rental fees are due before or at the beginning of the rental period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fuel / Charging • Vehicle must be returned with a similar state of charge as when rented. • Charging costs incurred during the rental are the responsibility of the renter. Vehicle Care • No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. • No racing, off-road use, reckless driving, or illegal activity. • Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear. Late Returns • Rentals not returned by the agreed-upon time are subject to a $30 late fee per calendar day, in addition to the daily rental rate, unless an extension has been approved in advance. Accidents & Breakdowns • Any accident, damage, theft, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately. • The renter agrees to cooperate with insurance and law enforcement if necessary. Towing & Impound • The renter is responsible for towing, impound, storage, parking tickets, tolls, and other fees resulting from their use of the vehicle. Cleaning • The vehicle should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or trash may result in a cleaning fee. Cancellation • Either party may end the rental according to the rental agreement. The vehicle must be returned immediately upon request if the rental is terminated. Liability • The renter is responsible for complying with all traffic laws and for all fines, citations, and violations incurred during the rental period. By taking possession of the vehicle, the renter acknowledges that they have read and agree to these rental policies.
